In the podcast for WC11, Sandra explains the evolution of the EU and international framework on alternatives to animal testing, the development and uptake of these methods in Europe and globally, and the integration of the 3Rs in the EU and Inertnational policies. &nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About the Bj\u00f6rn Ekwall Memorial Award<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Scandinavian Society for Cell Toxicology (SSCT) established the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bemf.eu\/home\">Bj\u00f6rn Ekwall Memorial Foundation<\/a>&nbsp;in 2001.
