Scientific Work Plan

The in3 work plan endeavours to connect all ESR activities in a collaborative synergistic way at each step. ESRs will use the same donor iPSCs and a large overlap of chemicals. The in vitro researchers will collaborate closely with their I counterparts on Adverse Outcome Pathway (AOP) development, biokinetic assays and in silico tool optimisation. All information will be collected into AOPs for further modelling and development of quantitative AOPs for each organ. Additionally, since several different target tissues will be investigated we will compile this information into an organism-level systems toxicology model.
