A Seasonal Update on ESTIV 2026
As the days grow longer and the first signs of spring appear, the ESTIV Team is pleased to share an update on the upcoming ESTIV Congress in Maastricht. Preparations are progressing steadily, and we look forward to welcoming you from 29 June to 2 July 2026. In this newsletter, you will find updates on the following:

The preliminary programme is now online, offering a first look at the scientific sessions planned for this year.

Late breaking poster submissions remain open for a short time, so we encourage contributors to act quickly.

Registration for the ESTIV Applied Training Course is also open, providing an excellent opportunity for those wishing to deepen their expertise in applied in vitro toxicology.

Speaker instructions for both poster and oral presenters are available to download, providing all the guidance needed as you prepare your contribution.

Sponsorship opportunities are still available, although exhibition spaces are becoming limited. Organisations wishing to increase their visibility at ESTIV 2026 are encouraged to secure their place soon.

Register now as a congress participant and take advantage of the Early Bird fee until 12 April 2026—Maastricht awaits from 29 June – 2 July 2026!

Preliminary Programme

We are pleased to announce that the preliminary programme for ESTIV 2026 is now online. Participants can explore the planned scientific sessions, topics and scheduling to start planning their visit to Maastricht. The programme will continue to be updated as we move closer to the congress, but this first version already provides a clear overview of what to expect.

Late Breaking 

Late breaking poster submissions are still open, but the deadline is approaching quickly. If you plan to contribute, now is the moment to act.

Important dates:
- Late breaking poster presentation submission deadline is 23 February 11:59 CET
- Late breaking notification is 16 March

Registration is open, so take advantage of the Early Bird fee available until 12 April 2026.

Speaker Instructions

The speaker instructions are now fully finalised and ready for download. They have been prepared with care to help you feel confident and well supported as you prepare your presentation.

For added convenience, the instructions will also be available on the website shortly, so you can access them whenever needed. If you have any questions as you prepare, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help.

Training Course

The ESTIV Applied Training Course is intended for individuals who wish to pursue a career in this field or who would like an update on the state of the art in applied in vitro toxicology.

The course is recognised by EUROTOX as eligible for European Registered Toxicologist (ERT) accreditation. The next edition will take place at the L’Oréal Research and Innovation Centre CAPI (Centre de Recherche Appliquée et de Développement Capillaire) in France.
