Participants can now secure their spot for the upcoming congess and take advantage of early bird registration.

Registration fees

* ESTIV members in 2024-2025/2025-2026 (2 years membership covered) – Validity of membership will be checked (have your ESTIV membership number ready when registering as a member) – if you are not sure about your Membership ID, please contact the ESTIV secretariat, Mrs. Denisa Svatkova (svatkova@guarant.cz)
** Only valid for full-time students who have not finished their studies yet before the congress starts. A valid/current student ID copy or letter from an advisor is required. Please upload the document during the online registration

Registration fees Pre- and post congress workshops

Please note that only a digital version of the abstract book will be provided.

Please note that filming will occur throughout the congress. If you do not wish to be recorded, please be aware of camera locations.

The full registration fee includes:

• Admission to ESTIV 2026 29 June – 2 July 2026
• Lunch on Monday 29 June, Tuesday 30 June, and Wednesday 1 July 2026
• Breaks on Monday 29 June, Tuesday 30 June, Wednesday 1 July, and Thursday 2 July 2026
• Admission to the Welcome Reception on Monday 29 June 2026

Conditions for Cancellation

All cancellations or changes must be sent to Klinkhamer | conferences & events in writing (e-mail: estiv@klinkhamergroup.com).

• Cancellations received before or on the 31st of December 2025 will be fully refunded minus a € 50,00 administration fee;
• Cancellations received after the 31st of December 2025 but before or on the 30th of April 2026 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee minus a € 50,00 administration fee;
• No refund will be made for cancellations received after the 30th of April 2026 or registered participants who fail to attend;
• No refunds will be made in case of canceled sessions or program changes.

Refund
The appropriate refunds will be made after ESTIV 2026.
Exchange rates differences and bank charges will be deducted.

Modification of the invoice
Please note that any request to modify an issued invoice will charge a fee of €25,00 (excl. 21% VAT). Requests for changes must be sent via email to the congress secretariat at estiv@klinkhamergroup.com.
Be aware that after the conclusion of ESTIV 2026, no further modifications or cancellations of issued invoices will be possible.

Payment Methods

All payments must be made in € Euros by credit card (VISA, AMEX and MASTERCARD are the only cards accepted), IDEAL or Bancontact. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.
