Please note that unlike what is written in the instructions for poster presentations, you will not be required to stand next to your poster during coffee and lunch breaks. There will be two dedicated poster presentation sessions:

Preparing Print Files for Large Format Prints:

To ensure optimal results, please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your print files:

  • All posters must be designed in portrait orientation.
  • Poster format should be A0 (width: 84.1cm / 33.1in; height: 118.9cm / 46.8in).
  • Accepted file type: standard print PDF.
  • Ensure all print files are ideally 1:1 scale.
  • Name your print files descriptively for easy identification.
  • Convert all fonts into curves to avoid font compatibility issues.
  • Ideal bitmap resolution is 100-150 DPI at final size; additionally, please keep individual file sizes under 100MB if possible.
  • Include bleeds and correct crop marks for optimal printing.
  • Use/send files in CMYK color space only.
