Welcome Reception and Poster Session

On the first evening of the congress, all participants are kindly invited to the Welcome Reception that will take place after the scientific program on the first day of the congress. The Welcome Reception and the Poster Session will take place in the Expo Foyer. This is the perfect opportunity to connect with colleagues and business partners and get a first look at the posters.
Attendance is free of charge for all fully registered congress participants and exhibitors.
Congress Dinner & Social Evening*

Please bring your congress badge, as it serves as your entry ticket (indicated by the cutlery symbol on it).
You are welcome to take the bus from the MECC to the gala dinner venue, or travel to the venue independently if you prefer. The buses from the MECC will depart at 19:30. Please ask for directions at the helpdesk.

TRANSPORT
The venue is located in the center of Maastricht, making it easily accessible for all delegates staying in the city center.
However, for the congress, shuttle buses will be arranged as follows:
At 19:30, three buses will depart from MECC to Rebelle. At the end of the evening, return transport will be available from Rebelle to NH, Van der Valk and Novotel hotels at 22:30, 00:00 and 01:00, with one bus operating at each of these times.
CLOTHING
There is no dresscode.
DINNER PARTY
All delegates who have registered for the Congress Dinner are also invited to attend the party afterwards.
Drinks during the dinner are included in the ticket price. Once the party starts after dinner, drinks will be at the delegates’ own expense.
*Entrance to the congress dinner will only be permitted for delegates and spouses with a valid ticket. Tickets (€ 100) can be booked upfront.
