Welcome Reception and Poster Session

On the first evening of the congress, all participants are kindly invited to the Welcome Reception that will take place after the scientific program on the first day of the congress. The Welcome Reception and the Poster Session will take place in the exhibition room. This is the perfect opportunity to connect with colleagues and business partners and get a first look at the posters.
Attendance is free of charge for all fully registered congress participants and exhibitors.

Transport
Buses will leave in front of CUBEX at 19:30 sharp.
Transportation back to the venue is provided. Buses will leave at 22:30 PM and 01:00 AM.
Clothing
There is no dresscode.
Dinner Party
All delegates who have registered for the Congress Dinner are also invited to the party after the dinner.
*Entrance to the congress dinner will only be permitted for delegates and spouses with a valid ticket. Tickets (€ 95) can be booked upfront or on-site at the registration desk (upon availability).
