The ESTIV Members AreaESTIV Applied Training Course is scheduled to take place in Bratislava, Slovakia, from November 16–21, 2025. Organised by the European Society of Toxicology In Vitro (ESTIV), the course is a 6-day program on in vitro toxicology and new approach methodologies (NAMs).
Course focus: The Applied Training Course addresses the need for toxicologists and risk assessors who can apply in vitro testing in regulatory safety assessments of chemicals. The curriculum includes topics such as international guidelines, European legislation, the use of advanced technologies like stem cells, 3D printing, and microfluidics, good cell culture practices, and in vitro kinetics and in vitro–in vivo extrapolation.
