Important Notice: Fraudulent Emails Impersonating the ESTIV President and ESTIV Board members

We would like to draw your attention to an increased wave of scam attempts targeting ESTIV and many other EU-based societies.

Recently, fraudulent emails have been circulating that impersonate the ESTIV President and ESTIV Board members. These messages are sent from fake email addresses designed to appear legitimate and may ask for urgent assistance, financial support, or bank transfers.

Please note that these messages are not sent by ESTIV and are part of a scam.

Please be assured that ESTIV never requests financial transfers, payments, or personal information via email. Any such message should be considered fraudulent.

For your safety, please:

• Do not respond to suspicious messages
• Do not open unexpected attachments or links
• Do not make any payments based on email requests
• Report any questionable communication to the ESTIV Secretariat immediately

Thank you for your vigilance and cooperation.
